Q: What are your hours of operation?

A: Texas Elite Trainers is open Monday-Friday between the hours of 9am-6pm CST.


Q: How do I place an order?

A: Purchase the item in the store section, once you have paid of the item the will be a link on your emailed receipt at the bottom that will send your to the upload form. Please check your spam or junk if you donot see it. If there are further issues can call us 214-578-1493 or email your info to design@txetrainers.com.  We will review your artwork and send you an electronic proof by email for your approval. Once you approve your proof(s) and payment has been processed, your order has been placed and you will receive an email with status tracker.


Q: Do you offer quantities not listed?

A: Generally the quantities listed on our website are our standard options. Feel free to Contact Us if the quantity you need is not listed and we will gladly get back to you asap with an accurate quote.


Q: Do you offer same day turnaround?

A: Yes, we are able to expedite printing on some of our products to as fast as same day turnaround only during reorders. provided your order has been placed by our cut-off times. Our pre-designed templates have to be modified, which takes 24-48hrs,


Q: Will I get a proof before my order goes to print?

A: Yes, all orders will receive an electronic proof(s) that must be approved before your order can go to print. If a special hard copy proof is required, there will be an additional fee which must be paid in advance, and printing will not begin until the proof is approved.


Q: Can I split an order? Example: An order for 1,000 in to 500 with one image and 500 with another image.

A: The whole order must have the exact same artwork for every piece. You would need to place two separate orders of 500 to have this example fulfilled.


Q: What are your turnaround times?

A:  Turnaround times start after the order has been placed. Turnaround times do not include Holidays, Weekends or Transit times. We offer many turnaround times ranging anywhere from same day turnaround to 10 business day turnaround depending on the product ordered and the time the order is placed. If a product is available for same day or next day turnaround, the order must placed by 8:30am CST. If a product is available for 2-4 business day turnaround or more, the order must be placed by 11pm in the time zone you are located (11am for MST). All Layout & Design Services have a 2 business day turnaround time. Any order placed before 6pm CST will have an initial electronic proof sent no later than 5pm CST on the 2nd business day. All order placement requirements must be met for turnaround times to start.


Q: What kind of paper or stock do you use?

A: By default we use 16pt paper, one of the thickest paper stocks in the market. We have a several different types of stocks and can assist you in choosing the best type for your specific project or need. Feel free to Contact Us if the paper type you need is not listed and we will gladly get back to you asap with an accurate quote.


Q: Will my order look exactly like my computer monitor?

A: Seeing that your monitor uses RGB coloring and offset printing uses CMYK coloring, it will look very similar but not exactly the same.
